Question: What is the best method of getting a person to identify especially if they are not a reflective person?

Once you understand your own triggers you can at least start to create a solution based around those. For example, a lack of process in what is expected from me coupled with a lack of consistent execute makes for a chaotic scenario everyday. I am either better removed from the equation or I follow a strict routine with an alarm reminder to start the routine and then a check list written down of things to do.
